The crushing, screening, belt conveying and other processes of underground mining after open-pit mining all emit dust, seriously polluting the working environment and atmospheric environment, causing harm to personal health. For dry rock drilling operations without dust prevention measures, the dust concentration in the working flour can reach hundreds or thousands of milligrams, and for underground crushing chambers without dust prevention measures, the dust concentration can reach thousands of milligrams. Introduction to the technical principle of crusher dust collector:

We will install sealed devices or dust collection covers at the feeding and discharging ports of the crusher or pulverizer, the upper part of the vibrating screen, and the transfer point of the belt conveyor. It is recommended to install double-layer sealed covers at the receiving point of the transfer point. Cover the dust generating equipment with a closed hood or create a dust collection chamber to create a uniform negative pressure inside the hood, avoiding dust escape. Alternatively, use an open suction hood to create a suction and capture airflow, controlling the exposed dust area within a narrow range, so that the dust carrying airflow is sucked away and purified by a dust collector in a crusher before being discharged into the atmosphere through an exhaust pipe (or chimney).

Process composition of dust collector for mine crusher:

It consists of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, a middle inlet and outlet air duct, a spraying and cleaning system, an automatic control system, a pipeline system, a fan system, etc., forming a complete dust removal system.

Design features of crusher dust collector:

1. Using small-diameter filter bags, the designed diameter of the filter bag is 130mm, which is 13% smaller than the commonly used 150mm filter bag diameter. At the same time, the open area of the filter bag outside the 200 × 210 area between every four bag centerlines is 56% larger than that of the 150mm filter bag. A larger open space will reduce the velocity of the rising airflow, decrease the amount of dust carried by the rising airflow, and thus reduce the accumulation of dust on the filter bag, which reduces the resistance loss of the dust collector. Lower resistance loss can increase the amount of dust containing gas processed by the filter bag.

2. The flue gas distribution device of this dust collector adopts the ash hopper air inlet method, and a flue gas distribution device is designed at the location to evenly distribute the dust containing gas and roughly separate large-diameter particles, avoiding direct flushing of the filter bag by the dust containing gas, further improving the efficiency of the entire dust removal device and protecting the filter bag to achieve a high service life.

3. Pulse jet cleaning is the key to dust removal and low energy consumption. High pressure pulse airflow is sprayed into the bottom of the filter bag at a certain speed. The spraying sequence adopts interval spraying, and each pulse valve spraying time is only about 0.1 seconds. During the pulse, compressed air and induced gas generate a shock wave, which can purify the dust outside the filter bag, save compressed air, and save energy.

4. The box adopts an airtight design, and the overall pressure resistance strength of the box can reach ± 7Kpa.
